About Our Services
The Mesa College Office of Communications serves as the communications and media relations liaison for the greater Mesa College and educational community. Our office is committed to access, success, and equity, and we strive to provide services to our diverse community in order to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters scholarship, leadership, innovation, and excellence among all of our students and greater Mesa family.
We provide public relations, social and digital media, web development and support, graphic design, event promotions, photography, videos and other marketing and communications support to the Mesa College campus community.
Submit a Project Request to utilize any of our services.
Media and Communication Tools
We provide templates that can be used to promote classes and/or events. Leverage our pre-approved templates and other resources to create your own graphics with PowerPoint. We have templates for social media, Visix slides, and printed flyers & posters.
Using these templates and providing them with your Project Request can help expedite your request. When converted to a lower resolution jpeg, the graphics can be sent via email.
Once you have created your graphic, submit a Project Request, using the event, program, service or class title along with the term (i.e. Spring 2023) as the “Project Title” and attached your PowerPoint graphic. Once we receive it, we will review, make adjustments if necessary, and approve it. We can then post on the Mesa College social media and Visix.
Please note: clients can provide any pre-designed graphic for promotion, but the graphic must follow our branding guidelines. If there are errors in the graphic when submitted, our office will return the graphic to you and promote it only once the errors are corrected.
