What is CARE?

CARE is a program offered through EOPS. The CARE program provides services to single parents receiving CalWORKs cash aid for themselves and/or their children. CARE provides additional counseling and retention support to assist you in obtaining your education and career goals at Mesa College.

Are You Eligible For Support Through CARE?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a single, head of household and a current recipient of TANF/CalWORKs for yourself and/or your children
  • Be a parent or legal guardian of at least one child under the age of 18
  • Be eligible for EOPS
